Who is the Warrantor?
Boatmate Trailers, LLC ("Boatmate") will facilitate all warranty claims based on the coverage set forth by the encompassing terms, conditions, and limitations for the duration of 5 years from date of manufacture. In the case of a component manufacturer providing a Limited Lifetime Warranty, once the 5 Year Limited Boatmate Trailer Warranty expires lifetime warranty claims will need to be filed with the appropriate Manufacturer offering said warranty.

Who is Covered?
Subject to all other terms, conditions, and limitations Boatmate Trailers Warranty covers the original boat manufacturer, boat dealer, and original retail boat/trailer consumer. The Boatmate Trailer Warranty does not apply to the use of the manufacturer's product in a commercial or demonstrator application without the expressed written consent of Boatmate Trailers.

What is Covered?
Boatmate warrants the trailers for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture which includes the following parts and components to be free from substantial manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for manufactured purpose and provided proper care has been taken: frame assembly, tongue assembly, and bow / winch stand assembly.

All other manufactured accessories and/or components shall be covered by the manufacturer of the product for at least one year or more as determined by their warranty terms, conditions, and limitations. This includes, but is not limited to: axles, hubs, springs, brakes, actuators, coupler, lights, jacks, winches, rollers, engineered wiring harnesses, wheels, tires, foam mat, and technology packages. All repairs or replacements will only be warrantied for the remainder of the applicable trailer warranty period.

What is not Covered?
The Boatmate Trailer Limited Warranty does not cover the costs of maintenance, damage caused by normal wear and tear, or caused by environmental factors or acts of nature. "Environmental factors" include, but are not limited to, chemicals, salt, "salt spray", brackish conditions, and contact with hazardous materials. "Acts of Nature", include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, or flooding. This warranty does not cover the cost of normal/scheduled maintenance for your trailer, lubrication, or replacing incandescent light bulbs. This warranty also does not cover typical wear and tear of items such as, but not limited to, bunk carpet, bunk boards, winch straps, bow rollers, end bells, or brake pads. Due to the highly corrosive condition a trailer is exposed to, rust formation is not covered. Use of non- galvanized trailers in salt or brackish water will void this warranty. No oral or written information, advice or communication of any nature by or from Boatmate Trailers or its representatives, employees, dealers, agents, distributors or suppliers shall create a warranty or in any manner increase or modify the scope of this Boatmate Trailers Limited Warranty. The Boatmate Warranty does not cover "incidental or consequential" damages connected with the failure of your trailer under warranty. Such damages include: lost time, the cost of a rental trailer, gasoline, travel or lodging, loss of personal or commercial property, or loss of revenue.
